Susana has graduated in Sociology and master in Communication, Cultural and New Information Technologies, both by ISCTE.

 Currently is scholarship for doctorate at the Institute of Social Sciences – UL, working about practices and behavior around the household waste. She belongs to the team that founded the OBSERVA in 1996 and participated in several projects.
