Is currently on a research grant as part of the project CHANGE – Climate, coastal and social changes in the Institute of Social Sciences in the University of Lisbon, since June 2011.
She graduated in Social and Organizational Psychology from ISCTE in 2007, with a thesis on Environmental Psychology, focused on the opposition to natural protected areas. She holds a post-graduate diploma in Environmental Management and Intervention in Business and Public Administration from the University of Barcelona in 2010.
Between 2008 and 2011 she was a programme officer in the NGO Climate Parliament in London. Among other roles she was responsible for the implementation of the project “Climate change and energy access to the poor” in the African, Caribbean and Pacific regions, a project funded by the European Commission and the Swedish Development Agency.
