Phd in Sociology in Doctoral Program in Sociology, working on the project “The precautionary principle in environmental policies – the case of energy efficiency”, master in Tourism, Environment and Locals Identities of Sociology Department of ISCTE, and graduated in Sociology by the same Institute.
Collaborates in research projects in the field of Sociology Environment in ISCTE-IUL (GISA Project – Management Integrated of Health and Environment in Alentejo Litoral) and ICS-UL (Net Zero Energy School – Reaching the Community).
- She has collaborated on several research projects in the areas of risk perception, social representation, social movements, energy, environment and health.
- Volunteer Quercus, having been a member of the National Directorate between March 2003 and December 2011.
- Main areas of research: European policy on chemicals, sustainable development, consumer, environment and health, waste, energy, awareness/environmental information.
- Member of the National Council of Environment and Sustainable Development on behalf of national NGO (since 2007).
- Trainer in the area of environmental awareness.
