     PhD in Environmental Sociology with the thesis "The return of the forest: nature-society relationships in Osco" in Lisbon University Institute and University of Oviedo (Spain) and master in Social Sciences, with the thesis "Practices and Representations in Social Sciences", Institute of Social Science (ICS), of the University of Lisbon.

     

     Supervised approx. 40 Master theses in Environmental Studies and Sustainability Science, Human Ecology and International Development as well as PhD thesis in rural economy. Experience in working with online courses and e-learning plataforms.

     


     Participated in differents projects:

     

    • 2015-2016: Research Project "Changing Animal Bodies: Breeding Responses to Environmental Economic and Social pressures", Uppsala University. Researcher.

     

    • 2013-2014: The Theme Exploring the Animal Turn: Changing Perspectives on Human-Animal Relations in Science, Society and Culture. The Pufendorf Institute. Co-coordinator of the project with a multidisciplinary team of 12 researchers.

     

    • 2010-2013: Post-doc "Natural services and cultural benefits: treasures and challenges in biodiversity conservation", Lundun University (Sweden) and Lisbon University Institute (Portugal).
